Local Pickup Policy

How does this work? 

 Upon Local pickup selection, you will receive an email that your item has been fulfilled. The email will also contain a code for the lockbox. This means that your order is packaged and ready for pick up in the lockbox. Packages will be in a sealed polymailer with your first and last name on it. Please be sure to READ PACKAGE completely and be sure that it has your full name listed on the package. If you placed orders at two separate times, please be on the lookout for multiple packages inside. We will try our best to label them "Package 1 of 2". 

 The lockbox is available to pickup your purchased items any hour of the day for your convenience. Heading to work at 7am and need to swing by to pick up your items? No problem! 

 Please be diligent about checking emails from us so we don’t have to continuously remind that orders are ready for pick up! The code for the box will change often, so be sure to be looking at those emails for the correct code!

 We package tons of orders every week-this box will fill up FAST! Please do not abuse it. We ask that you pick up your items within FIVE DAYS of receiving your fulfillment email or a mandatory shipping invoice will then be sent for that order and all future orders. If you cannot pick up within five days, please just choose the shipping option at check out. If you are going out of town, no worries please reach out and let us know and we will hold your items. 

 While sorting through packages inside box, we kindly ask you to please handle them with great care as items inside maybe fragile. 

 Do NOT leave the box unlocked when you leave and if you have difficulty and are unable to lock back, please be sure to reach out to us ASAP to make us aware so that we are able to assist or secure the box back. 

 For your peace of mind and ours, there IS a camera at our rear entry door so we can see who and when orders are being picked up. This is to ensure the safety of everyone’s items and for us to be available as needed for lockbox difficulties.
