Shipping policy
Shipping is based on weight and according to USPS Priority or First Class on orders up to $74.99, with orders over $75 shipping for FREE!
If you shop with us again within 12 hours, we may be able to combine your shipping and refund you. We will do this if our team has not yet picked your initial items purchased and have them in the queue to ship.
If there is any issue after receiving your item please contact us and we will do our best to help and assist in anyway to you.
Lime Light Boutique will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen items once items have shipped.
Buyer takes full responsibility when purchasing any items; always supervise children with jewelry, bows, etc.
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble, since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to provide you with the information you need to buy accordingly. However, as in life, sometimes some things just don’t work out!Â
🛍 Any items you purchased must be returned/postmarked within 5 days, including weekends, after date received. Please contact us immediately if you are planning on a return.
🛍 Any item returned is only eligible for exchange (buyer pays shipping, we can provide discounted shipping to you) or store credit (less a 10% restocking fee). Store credits given expire within 6 months of date issued.Â
🛍 Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
🛍 All shoes, jewelry, accessories, bathing suits, under garments, sale items, and items discounted at 15% or more off are FINAL SALE. This includes Flash Sale, Deal of the Day, and anything with a coupon code.Â
Returns outside of the 5 day return window will have a 30% restocking fee.
